On Monday, August 13, through the Department of Security, Community Prevention and the Municipality of Escobar, Bligraf supported and encouraged neighbors and employees to install a Panic Alarm in their cell phones. Enabling installation and briefly informing the purpose of this application, we helped 19 people take this tool home in their mobile devices, which provides help and protection 24 hours a day.
The application is part of a municipal system of Escobar called “Alerta”: an easy-to-use platform that works on cell phones through a modern connection network with geolocation linked to a Monitor Center, located in the city of Garín, 24 hours a day. Just by pressing the button on the screen, an alert signal is sent. Through a special registry, the exact location where the signal is coming from can be retrieved.
